If there is no CEMA Liaison at your worksite, please consider becoming a CEMA Liaison yourself. Just download the petition below and ask your coworkers to sign it. Send the completed petition to the CEMA office, 1654 The Alameda, San Jose 95126 or fax it to 289-1128. One of the CEMA Representatives will contact you when we receive you petition and training will be provided.
